Ambassador Program
Have you ever thought about making a life-changing difference in a young woman’s life? Are you looking to use your talents and ingenuity to give back?
Then, become a Daya International Ambassador!
What is an Ambassador?
An ambassador is an advocate of DAYA International who helps spread the word about DAYA International’s mission. As an Ambassador, you become a change maker in the ways you reach out, touch hearts and ultimately transform lives. Our goal at Daya International is to recruit more supporters and grow our resources through donations and volunteers alike, so we can continue to provide more college scholarships to marginalized women in Nepal.
How Does it Work?
The volunteers at Daya International will help support you in your efforts to get the word out to your circle of friends and social groups! We’ll provide all the materials you need: flyers, photos, inspiring videos, slide shows, and emails with links to Daya’s website and Facebook page. There are several ways to get involved and cultivate interest in Daya’s cause.
Use your passions, strengths or interests to make a difference. Some examples of ways to be an Ambassador include: hosting an event, build partnerships in your community, and/or support Daya through social media.
Host a House Party or Social Gathering
Host a group for a fun, networking, and fundraising. A board member can come share stories about Daya’s mission and the youth we sponsor. We can show an inspiring short video featuring one of the college girls or engage your audience with an informative slide-show presentation.
Build Partnerships in Your Community
Share Daya’s mission with other groups and organizations you’re involved with such as business/professional groups, churches, social groups, work, etc.
Invite others to visit the website, follow us on social, come to an event, or donate.
Be a Social Media Rockstar
Engage with Daya’s social channels and share Daya’s mission and the stories of our students virtually with your network. Promote fundraising events such as Colorado Gives Day, matching grant opportunities, and consider a Facebook birthday fundraiser yourself.
